QUARTERLY CONSTRUCTION UPDATES

Currently on Level 19: Structural work has advanced to Level 19, with crews actively progressing upward and maintaining schedule milestones.
Windows continue through Level 8: Window installation is ongoing through Level 8, providing enclosure and weather protection on lower floors.
Layout in progress: Interior layout activities are underway, including unit demising, corridor layouts, and coordination with MEP trades.
Framing on Level 5 and 6: Interior framing is actively progressing on Level 5 and 6, with crews installing partitions and allowing for rough-in to progress.

Masonry continues: Masonry work is ongoing across designated elevations
Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing rough-in ongoing: MEP rough-in activities are in progress throughout multiple levels, coordinated with framing and layout work.
Slab on grade continues: Townhome slab-on-grade concrete has been successfully poured, Parking garage slabs continue

MEP trades fully mobilized on site and are working up the podium
Unit coordination is complete, and Juneau is releasing materials on time and on schedule

Completion of deep foundation piles, including demobilization of pile contractor.
Mobilization of concrete shell contractor.
Erection of north and south tower cranes.
Foundation excavations, pile chipping, rebar tying, concrete placement, and waterproofing of foundations.

Site backfilling up to level 1 floor elevation after foundation concrete placement.
Level 1 to 1.5 vertical concrete placement, columns and walls.
Initial underground plumbing and electrical coordination and installation.
Start of elevated deck formwork construction.
