- Mobilization of concrete shell contractor.
- Erection of north and south tower cranes.
- Foundation excavations, pile chipping, rebar tying, concrete placement, and waterproofing of foundations.
- Site backfilling up to level 1 floor elevation after foundation concrete placement.
- Level 1 to 1.5 vertical concrete placement, columns and walls.
- Initial underground plumbing and electrical coordination and installation.
- Start of elevated deck formwork construction.
December 2024
- Deep foundation system installation. 662 85′ deep cast in place concrete piles.
- Installation of underground primary electrical utility service.
