Kim Githler founded MoneyShow in Sarasota, Florida, in 1981. Over the past 43 years, she has dedicated herself to educating millions of investors, traders, and financial advisors. Ms. Githler was honored by the New York Stock Exchange and invited to ring the closing bell for her achievements in educating investors. She has had a major impact on millions of investors, expert educators, and financial companies in the industry. Her approach to life has been entrepreneurial, which has led her to acquire and develop real estate projects in Sarasota over the last few decades. Ms. Githler was part of the ownership group of the Hyatt Sarasota that acquired the Hyatt in 1994 and sold it to Blackstone in 2007 after renovating the 297-room property. In 1999, she was part of the ownership group that developed the luxury condominium, Beau Ciel, on Sarasota Bay. Ms. Githler has been a very active real estate investor in Sarasota, owning downtown office buildings and unique waterfront properties.
