Nestled on a 53-acre bayfront park, the Quay Sarasota is a 14-acre waterfront district that celebrates a walkable lifestyle with relaxing public spaces, distinctive architecture, and a lush, natural setting. The new Quay Sarasota will offer a blend of luxury residential and upscale retail shops and restaurants in a scenic marina and feature the "Central Quay Park" and other active public spaces.

THE BAY PARK

Sarasota has embraced the 53-acre bayfront park as its cultural center. This spectacular waterfront setting celebrates the area's shoreline with a new master plan, integrating a recreational pier, large adventure play area, enhanced waterfront access, a living shoreline, new performing arts center, restaurants, outdoor amphitheater, municipal auditorium and elevated boardwalk connecting the north and south end of the site to other parts of the city.

With Sarasota Bay and the Gulf of Mexico only five minutes away by boat, the waterfront is your playground when you live at One Park.
