Slated for completion in 2027, the luxury residential tower reimagining coastal living has successfully reached 75 percent sold

SARASOTA, FLA. – March 24, 2026 – PMG and MoneyShow are pleased to announce the topping off of One Park Sarasota, an 18-story luxury condominium development nestled within Downtown Sarasota’s vibrant bayside community of The Quay. This significant construction milestone marks a pivotal point in the overall construction of One Park Sarasota, forever cementing its place within the city’s skyline and establishing the bayfront as a noteworthy residential destination. Juneau Construction Company is the general contractor for One Park Sarasota, with completion slated for 2027.

Last month, One Park Sarasota was announced to have officially reached 75 percent sold, with buyers primarily coming from local and regional markets. Sales for the property are led by Coldwell Banker Realty, with Chelsa Vahtomin and Robert Robinson exclusively representing sales. With topping off now complete, construction on the building remains on track. It is next slated to receive permanent power installation this summer and achieve the dry-in stage of construction by the fall.

Designed by Sarasota-based firm Hoyt Architects, known for their distinctive architectural spaces and experiential design, One Park Sarasota will offer a selection of fully finished three-bedroom private residences. Residences include fully integrated kitchens with imported, custom high-end Italian kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, porcelain, marble, or wood flooring throughout, a contemporary lighting package, and fully built-out closets. Additional highlights include expansive outdoor terraces with glass railing and summer kitchens, a midnight bar in primary bedrooms, and an unprecedented level of efficiency through PMG’s smart home technology experience.
