Foundation Pour Completed For 18-Story Condo Tower One Park Sarasota

Construction recently reached a significant milestone at One Park Sarasota, an 18-story luxury condominium nestled within The Quay and the coveted Downtown Sarasota Waterfront District, with the successful completion of its official foundation pour. Led by the general contractor, Juneau Construction Company, the foundation work commenced on April 8 at 5:45 a.m. and was completed by noon.
The pour activity involved 98 concrete trucks delivering and pouring approximately 970 cubic yards of concrete. You can see the video of the pour here.
One Park Sarasota, designed by Sarasota-based Hoyt Architects, features 86 fully finished residences, accompanied by an array of lavish amenities and over 5,000 square feet of retail space. The building is characterized by a faceted geometry with floor-to-ceiling glass, strategically positioned to offer residents stunning panoramic views of Sarasota Bay, the downtown cityscape, and unobstructed vistas of The Bay Park. Hoyt Architects has integrated high-end finishes, expansive outdoor terraces, and smart home technology into each residence, enhancing the living experience and connection with the coastal surroundings.
This groundbreaking marks a significant progression in reshaping Downtown Sarasota’s skyline, emphasizing impeccable architecture and exceptional bayfront design. The building’s base incorporates retail spaces and a full-floor amenity area, fostering a seamless connection between the residential tower and the vibrant streetscape of The Quay.
This foundation milestone closely follows the project’s recent achievement of securing $208 million in construction financing from RMWC, highlighting its critical role in the ongoing transformation and revitalization of Sarasota’s urban core and The Quay district.
Developed by PMG and MoneyShow, One Park Sarasota is progressing through its initial construction phases, with the completion of this foundational work setting the stage for subsequent vertical development.
